Peony may lessen side effects of chemotherapy
In one study, researchers new to the School of Medicine, Yale University in the United States revealed that the peony may soon offer new hope to cancer patients. It's beautiful flower that could mitigate the unpleasant side effects of chemotherapy such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain and weight loss.




When administered in combination with three other plants, also reduces tumor growth. Chemotherapy to kill cells that grow rapidly and diving. Is a hallmark of cancer. During the process of rapidly growing cells to chemotherapy in other parts of the body also attacked.

In a laboratory study, where the drug was administered to mice receiving treatment for cancer of the container, the researchers found tumors in mice decreased rapidly and the mice did not lose weight, the study published in the journal Science Translational medicine.
